Refresh Plus Lubricant Eye Drops are preservative-free artificial tears supplied in sterile, single-use vials. Each drop contains carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.5%, an eye lubricant that helps relieve dryness and irritation. This listing is for 100 single-use vials, 0.01 fl oz each.
Calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride, and sodium lactate. May also contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
Directions
To open, twist and pull the tab to remove. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed, then discard the vial. If used for dryness and discomfort after eye surgery, follow your eye doctor’s instructions. See the Drug Facts label on the package for complete directions.
Warnings
For external use only.
To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the container to any surface. Do not touch the unit-dose tip to the eye.
Do not reuse. Once opened, discard.
Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, or continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists.
Keep out of reach of children.
